The Gioffre Family’s Secret Hot Cocoa Recipe

I decided to finally spill the beans to all loyal Alkamind Acid-Kickers. Drum roll, sleigh bells…The Gioffre Family’s Secret Hot Cocoa Recipe.

Sipping hot chocolate with your family is one of the most magical moments of the season. This year, make it taste and feel wonderful with my version of hot cocoa.

No more feeling like a Grinch or the bloated man in the red suit after a blizzard of sugar and dairy hits your body. Starbucks gouges you with 37 grams of sugar in a cup of toxic dairy—my family’s cup has virtually none.

It is created with cacao, which is naturally sugar-free. Even better, cacao tastes like chocolate—and is proven to lower blood pressure and benefit circulation and brain function. It also helps your body relax and ease tension. And who doesn’t need more of that this time of year?

Ingredients: (Serves 2)

  • 2 cups almond milk (or coconut)
  • 1⁄4 cup raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • Optional: Want to make it a more Mayan style? Check out this recipe
  • Optional: Get spicy—play with nutmeg, coriander, and your other favorite spices!

Directions:

  • Puree everything in a blender.
  • Warm in a pot on the stove.
  • Serve, sip, and make memories.

The Alkamind elves have been hard at work creating gifts all year long. This year, they created some real Christmas magic—drink and wake up merry with Acid-Kicking Alcohol Alkalizer.

Parties, date nights, Christmas dinners, GNO- Acid-Kicking Alcohol Alkalizer is going to be your favorite sidekick that’s small enough to fit in your pocket or purse, yet POWERFUL enough to crush the inflammatory acid in 40 drinks, and it only takes 2 seconds to use!

It won’t change the color or taste of your beloved beverage—it just shifts it into an alkaline state. The buzz and merriment are still all yours…just not the hangover.

It works in any drink, even boozy hot cocoa
