Brayden's Hibiscus Tea

Hey everyone! It’s me, Brayden, and I wanted to take over my dad’s weekly recipe to share a yummy concoction I invented!

It tastes so good, and my daddy says it’s super helpful in reducing inflammation (we know he is all about that!), improving heart health, supporting weight loss, easing digestion issues, and many other things that keep you healthy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup hibiscus
1/2 cup rose hips
Local honey. (Learn more about WHY to use local honey here)
Boiled water

Directions

Add ½ cup of hibiscus and ½ cup of rose hips to boiled water in a pot over the stove.
If you want to make more, just use that ratio.
Pour into a large glass jar with a secure lid, such as a mason jar, and put it in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
Strain into a new container.
Enjoy iced and add in local honey as desired.

Did you also know that mind and body health issues in kids start in their guts? It’s true.

ADHD, tummy pains, learning problems, food allergies and sensitivities, aggressive outbursts, asthma, frequent illnesses, etc., are all gut-related problems.

Parents, please read this blog. It will be eye-opening to learn how to prevent the issues listed above in ways that kids will actually work.

For example, I never notice when my dad sneaks in Acid-Kicking Greens in a drink mentioned in the blog post.

Drink up and stay tuned for my recipes from me!
