Returns

Unused Product

• Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition
• Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund or exchange
• Refund excludes any paid shipping charges
• Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and $6.95 return processing fee
• Return shipping and handling charges may apply to undeliverable or refused packages.
• Must include order number, name and address inside the package

Used Product

• Open container and partial used product can be exchanged for credit towards another product or refund
• Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and $6.95 return processing fee
• Must include order number, name and address inside the package

Damaged Product

• Alkamind will process Credit Memos for any product damaged in shipment transit from Alkamind warehouse to delivery location
• For replacement of damage product please contact customer support team who will generate the Return Authorization number and call tags to pick product up
• Receipt of purchase with all claims refund (for Alkamind direct customers) or replacement
• Must include order number, name and address inside the package

Manufacture Damage

• Alkamind will replace product for Manufacture Damages (damaged seal, no seal cover). Required documentation
• Proof of purchase, receipt copy,
• Proof of purchase, copy of purchase receipt
• Picture of damaged product
• Picture of UPC and Lot Code
• Picture of Expiration Date

Digital Products

• We do not allow returns or refunds on any digital materials including the Get Off Your Acid 7-Day Cleanse, Recipe books or the 2-Day Detox.
