What A Food Sensitive Looks Like In Real Life

Since all those common symptoms could reflect a buffet of other health issues, many medical practitioners just focus on putting a bandaid on the symptom instead of digging into the root cause. Can’t really blame doctors if insurance providers and medical directors only allow them to spend a quick 10 minutes on each patient. 

Oftentimes there’s a delayed reaction from eating that food—making it even more challenging for you or a medical provider to diagnose. You may eat gluten one day and feel fine, but the next day you feel bloated, gross, and tired. But since you didn’t eat any gluten the second day, you may not link gluten to bloating.

This is why food sensitivities can be difficult to self-diagnose with a trigger symptom elimination diet. You MUST test to know the real culprits and restore and heal your gut.
