Alkaline Diet Recipe: Tropical Greens Smoothie

It’s amazing what a few minutes in the morning can do to transform your whole day.

This smoothie, instead of an acidic breakfast like bagels, eggs, or cereal, will give you a burst of energy that will get you through until at least lunchtime.

Plus, it tastes like a tropical vacation with mango, coconut water, banana, and mint. Just writing about it makes me crave these flavors!

I’ve added a scoop of Alkamind Daily Greens, which takes the nutrients and detoxifying power up a notch on any smoothie.

On Thursday, I’ll have a VERY exciting announcement for you, and I’ll let you in on why this one simple choice that takes less than 30 seconds every morning can make a huge difference in how you feel all day.

Give this smoothie a try and let me know what you think (and I’d love to see you post your recipe pictures!) over on Facebook
