What Actually Is In Gatorade Is HORRIFYING

Gatorade has an amazing marketing team that has convinced kids and parents since the 80s to drink excessive amounts of food dyes (Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5, etc.), artificial sugar, dextrose (corn sugar), seed oils (more toxic than cigarettes), modified food starch, citric acid, mineral depleters, and gut-destroyers.

This chemical concoction is actually BANNED in Japan and European countries because they know how damaging flooding kids (and people of all ages) with seed oils, food dyes, artificial ingredients, etc., is for bodies and brains.

Here are a few reasons the European Union listed as the reason to ban products that include seed oils and food dyes:

  • Neurobehavioral problems in children. Have you ever noticed your kids are cranky and can’t focus after eating or drinking food dyes? The use of food dyes, especially Red 40, became popular in the 1990s and has steadily increased since then. Since the debut of food dyes, ADHD has increased by 500%. In the late 1980s, ADHD impacted 1 in 20 kids, and today, it is 1 in 9 kids. For kids that combine excessive screen time and food dyes, I would argue the chance of dealing with lifelong neuro and mental health issues is 100%.
  • Fatigue, headaches, and loss of muscle coordination. These issues are actually what people are manipulated into thinking Gatorade will prevent.

So, Dr. Daryl, would VitaminWater be a better solution since it is just vitamins and water? NO! VitaminWater is another toxic company that floods you with lies. One 20-ounce bottle contains 32 GRAMS OF SUGAR. This means one “drink of just vitamins and water” is actually 8 tablespoons of sugar or 4 Reese’s Peanutbutter Cups. Honestly, most “healthy hydrating drinks” are horrible for you.

Your Re-Hydration Solution.

The best way to prevent dehydration is to always give the body what it NEEDS: minerals and filtered water.
