Minerals or Magnesium or Both?

Since we launched Acid-Kicking Magnesium, I have received many questions about why I should take both minerals and magnesium. 

First, I LOVE getting questions on my Instagram and Facebook, as curiosity drives healthier and happier living. If you don’t ask questions like, “Why am I feeling bloated (or tired, forgetful, constipated, etc.), and what can I do to solve it?” you will never take steps to improve your health and life. 

The short answer: You NEED BOTH. They are totally different products strategically filled with ingredients that your body MUST HAVE for peak physical and mental performance.

The long, scientific answer: I’m constantly thinking of better ways to help YOU optimize your mental, emotional, and physical health. I also understand that you need quick, reliable, and effective tools to build the healthy and happy life you want. This is why I created Acid-Kicking Magnesium and Acid-Kicking Minerals (and ALL of my products), so you can drink a scoop or pop a capsule and be on your way. 

That said, here are the exact reasons I created each product and why BOTH must be part of your nightly routine.

Acid-Kicking Magnesium
