Mango Turmeric Detox Smoothie

Ginger, chia seeds, maca, and turmeric roots are some of the HEALTHIEST ingredients on the planet. They are also the perfect complement to sweet mangos, bananas, and coconut flakes. 

Cold, refreshing summer-sweet with a wild kick of tangy flavors!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (ideally frozen)
  • 1 frozen banana (peeled and frozen)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric root (or turmeric powder)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger

  • Optional: 1 tsp. Maca powder
