Alkaline Bliss Smoothie Recipe by Dr. Daryl

The smoothie I’m sharing today is an energy-packed powerhouse. It combines spinach, pear, avocado, coconut milk and water, chia seeds, and alkaline protein powder to give you all-day energy and lasting fullness.

You can add either flavor of Alkamind’s protein powder, Vanilla Coconut or Creamy Chocolate, to give you different taste sensations. You could also leave out the protein powder altogether and still enjoy a creamy coconut and pear flavor.

I usually buy a big bag of organic Bartlett pears at this time of year and dice then freeze a lot of it, so I can easily toss a handful of frozen pear into smoothie recipes like this one. But you can also use fresh pear if you don’t have any frozen.

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
