We live in a HIGHLY TOXIC world. Even if you only eat organic, your body is still having to deal with toxins in beauty products, water, cleaning products, furniture, and I could go on forever. Annddd holiday indulgence ended a few days ago, or maybe you are still in lavish mode!

All those miserable symptoms you may be feeling right now: bloating, indigestion, heartburn, brain fog, mood swings, weight loss problems, constipation, depression, anxiety, and fatigue are NOT normal and shouldn’t be ignored.
They are your body’s warning signs that your gut needs to be restored and a detox is in order.
This is why I created The January Detox Soup to sip on while reviewing Inner Alchemy, a gut health masterclass I did with holistic chef Shayna Terese Taylor. It’s time to feel like yourself again—or better.
No more excuses.
