Vanilla Coconut Coffee Smoothie

This is the ultimate on-the-go, all-in-one breakfast! It has everything I recommend for breakfast—and coffee—all in one delicious cup! 

Greens for nutrition, healthy fats to keep you full and brain/body working properly, and a banana for potassium. Wake up and kick acid!


Ingredients: (1 glass)

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee, frozen into ice cubes overnight
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer
  • Optional: coconut flakes as garnish

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To make it for your kids (I promise - they will LOVE it), just skip the coffee part.
  3. Enjoy!
