Sugar is a DRUG. Studies show that it is more addictive than cocaine. Let that sink in. Sugar is America’s drug of choice.

The average American consumes 130 pounds of sugar a year. That equates to 38 teaspoons a day, which is INSANE! After 6 teaspoons, your liver can’t metabolize it anymore, so it literally becomes POISON.

Sugar has over 65 names and sneaks into places you least expect, even pasta sauces and “gut health drinks” like kombucha. Always read the back of the box so you won’t be fooled by the marketing slogans on the front.

The results? Nearly 30% of adults have diabetes or prediabetes, and almost half of adults have some type of heart disease. Naturally, their sugar-coated lives are being passed down as close to 1 in 3 kids are overweight (from sugar, processed foods, lack of exercise, etc.)—thus on track to diabetes and heart disease.

No wonder brain fog, depression, skin problems, inflammation, chronic disease, stomach issues, cancer, ADHD, candida, premature aging, obesity, etc., are considered “NORMAL” in our poisoned society. 

But YOU don’t have to accept feeling awful as “normal.” YOU have the POWER to make choices that lead to a life of energy, happiness, and achieving your dreams.   • Sugar creates an ACIDIC environment in your body, which prematurely ages your cells. You can see evidence of this in your wrinkled skin, dry hair, and brittle nails. Sugar literally ages you faster than the clock says it’s supposed to.

  • Sugar is a straight-up liver TOXIN. When your liver gets riddled with fatty deposits (triggered by sugar consumption), it has to work EXTRA HARD (which can lead to breakdown) to regenerate itself, detoxify your blood, and pull excess glucose out of the bloodstream.

  • Excess glucose can lead to fat storage (weight that’s nearly impossible to lose), and insulin resistance in your brain.
