Peppermint Kiss Smoothie Recipe

When you wake up tomorrow morning, why not start your Christmas day the alkaline way?

Especially if you plan to indulge later on, breakfast is the perfect time to start the day off right, with greens, vitamins, minerals, plant-based protein, and antioxidants in both cacao and mint.

[Are your ready for a change? Watch for my post on Thursday, when I’ll share how to kick start your 2020 health and fitness goals.]

Feel free to add a scoop of Alkamind Organic Daily Protein in Creamy Chocolate, and adjust the cacao and dates to your preference. You might not need the dates at all with the added sweetness of the protein powder, or just add one instead of two. And 1-2 tbsp. of cacao should be plenty if you’re getting chocolate from the protein powder too.

This smoothie makes such a great start to your Christmas morning, you just might want to enjoy it every morning!

You may even want to think about making this one tonight, and be sure to make enough for you, your children, and Santa!

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
