My Post-Antibiotics Protocol

Antibiotics are the #1 cause of LEAKY GUT.

Before we start, I want to be clear: occasionally, taking antibiotics is essential and even lifesaving. On the flip side, some doctors pass them out haphazardly. It is ALWAYS ok to get more information from your doctor, ask for alternatives, and seek second opinions. You are your body’s best advocate.

While the use of antibiotics may be necessary at some point in your life, they are NOT friends to your gut (the keeper of your immune system and mental health). Taking antibiotics not only kills off the BAD bacteria (or what I call the weeds in your gut garden), but also wipes out the good healthy bacteria in your gut microbiome, literally poisoning you from the inside out.

Destroying the good bacteria invites all the below into your gut:

  • Toxins
  • Undigested food particles
  • Yeast
  • Mold
  • Inflammatory Bacteria

The result: All those dangerous pathogens and toxins listed above will LEAK into your bloodstream through your intestinal barrier where they don’t belong—this is what we call Leaky Gut. In order to be your healthiest version of yourself, you have to STRENGTHEN your gut, no matter how good or bad you may be feeling. It is necessary for your longevity. 

My Post-Antibiotics Protocol

You are in charge of your body and have control over protecting and healing your gut. To seal and heal your gut by strengthening it from the inside out, below is my 2-step protocol. Not only will it heal your gut, but you will also experience more energy, smoother skin, better cognitive function, and honestly, you’ll look and feel 10 years younger!

STEP 1: Take 3x a day for 2 weeks

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of Argentyn 23 (or Sovereign Silver) and 1 tablespoon of Liquid Aloe Vera.
  2. Drink on an empty stomach.

STEP 2: This is for continued use as part of your wellness and prevention routine.

  1. Morning: Take 1 teaspoon of GI Resolve and Acid-Kicking Greens.
