Maca-Rena Superfood Smoothie Recipe

Apologies if this recipe gets the song stuck in your head!

No apologies for how this smoothie will get you up and energized to start your day!

It contains maca powder, a superfood that’s actually related to broccoli and cauliflower. It’s energizing, mood-boosting, and good for reproductive systems as we age.

You won’t really taste the maca in the smoothie. Instead, you’ll love the blackberry and almond butter flavor. It’s like an anti-inflammatory PB&J in a cup!

Smoothies like this make it easy to get on board with the clean keto, alkaline lifestyle. (Watch for my blog post on Thursday: 7 Tips to Transition to Clean Keto & Alkaline.)

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
