Dr. Daryl’s Salsa Verde Recipe

Going clean keto might seem like a mystery – what foods you can eat, what foods to avoid, and how to maintain ketosis.

But the fact is, once you learn a few key techniques, it’s actually pretty easy to maintain.

Watch for my blog post on Thursday when I’ll share the 4 Food Groups for Eating Clean Keto.

Today’s recipe is a perfect example. This clean salsa verde is a delicious blend of nutrient-rich vegetables and healthy fats. You can use it to top Mexican-inspired dishes, drizzled over salads or quinoa bowls, or just dip in your favorite veggie sticks.

The best part is that it comes together in just minutes using ingredients you probably have in your kitchen right now so you can enjoy it ASAP!

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.
