Christmas Cardamom Quinoa Porridge Recipe by Dr. Daryl

Want an easy and delicious breakfast for Christmas morning that is actually good for you?

Most Christmas breakfast dishes are filled with tons of sugar. This one is sweet without overwhelming you with lots of inflammatory, acidic sugar. You won’t miss it.

Instead, we bring together quinoa cooked in almond milk with pear, coconut flakes, and almonds. Then season it with cardamom, vanilla, and sea salt. You can use cinnamon in addition to or instead of the cardamom if you want.

Think of how yummy and special your Christmas morning will be with this to start your day.

If you can’t start your morning without coffee, you need Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer. The powder supplement delivers the energy boost and antioxidants of coffee – without the eventual crash, headaches, jitters, or acid reflux.

It also fuels you with plant-based, clean keto fats, acid-fighting minerals, pure Himalayan pink mineral salts, and enzymes to optimize brain-boosting energy, suppress hunger, and burn body fat throughout your day.
