Alkaline Diet Recipe: Raw Chopped Salad with Lemon Pepper Dressing

If you’ve ever wondered about fermented foods and whether they’re actually good for you, my last post will give you everything you need to know about the good, the bad, and the ugly of fermented foods

While fermented foods supply a good source of pre and probiotics, they also are high in YEAST!

Yeast is an opportunistic parasite that is ok to live in your gut, but should NEVER live in your blood. And because EVERYONE has leaky gut to some degree or another, adding fermented foods into your diet is gasoline on the fire, and is making you acidic and inflamed!

So today I am sharing delicious salad dressing that doesn’t use ANY fermented products such as vinegar!

Instead, it is made from fresh organic lemon juice and EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), which is highly alkaline-forming once metabolized in your body.

You’ll also love the textures and tastes in this salad that make it really satisfying.

Give it a try and let me know what you think over on Facebook.

I also clicked on recipe for the ACV and find nothing in the recipe. I may try to make the dressing and just add a teaspoon or more and see how it tastes.. Cant hurt to try

I agree with Phil. I clicked on this recipe interested in an ACV dressing but there was none listed
in the ingredients. Was there an error in the list?

Sounds like a great salad. I have been on a alkaline diet & some of the recipes are loaded with so many ingredients that are hard to find in our area. There are not a lot of organic products let alone some herbs

Phil, great observation, shows he is human just like the rest of us.
